The Canadian Bull Moose produced in our area are some of the finest in Northeastern British Columbia. Our vast area supports large numbers of trophy-class bulls.

Rifle Hunts during the Rut

The pre-rut hunts are primarily horseback 'spot and stalk'. At this time of the year, the bulls can be found summering in the high alpine valleys, near timberline. During the annual fall rut, our hunters can use rifle or bow to hunt moose. Moose become far more active during the rut and we utilize calling techniques to attract them into bow and rifle range.

Our bulls average in the 50" range, with a few reaching as high as the 60" mark. Each year we take a number of trophy bulls that qualify for the Boone & Crockett record book.
